We take our promises very seriously & will do everything we can to honour them. We hate to let our customers down so for any promise we break we'll refund 10% of the money you have paid*. And that's a promise!

  1. The price we quote is the price you pay.
  2. You will be given a named project manager who will be responsible for your order from start to finish - keeping you informed of progress along the way.
  3. Your kitchen will be guaranteed for up to 5 years.
  4. You may change your mind and alter your order if you wish, within 7 days of ordering.
  5. We will deliver your kitchen on the date we promise, or notify you the day beforehand if we are forced to change this date.
  6. You won't have to pay the final balance until 14 days after delivery.
  7. Your kitchen will be fitted by one of our approved, registered installers.
  8. We will check your kitchen during installation and call you when everything is finished to make sure you are totally happy.
  9. If something goes wrong we will say sorry and put things right as soon as practically possible.
  10. Our fitters only do one job at a time so that your new kitchen will be finished as quickly as possible.
  11. We will take away all the rubbish afterwards and leave your kitchen tidy.
